Easy:
The ship's wheel, on the wall in the room with the water-filled pillars, opens a wall banner over the fireplace.
The lever on a door frame, in a second floor passageway off of Angel Hall, slides an armoire aside to expose an entranceway into the brick secret tunnels. (Once you're in the tunnels, all the other secrets that lead here can be triggered from inside.)
A switch behind a plant stand in a 3rd floor hallway opens an entrance into the secret tunnels.
There is a switch in the central garden, behind a bush, that opens another entrance to the secret tunnels.
There is a purse in the kitchen fireplace.
There is a switch behind a banner in a bedroom, across from the Church door, that allows you to turn off the Watcher nearby.
There is a frobbable clothes hook, in the Lord's bedroom, that opens a banner.
There is a switch on the fireplace, in the Captain's room, that moves the bed.
Frob 2 torches, in the bedroom of the lady wearing a red dress, to open a banner.
Go through the Library that is patrolled by a little robot and go through a door at the far end into a smaller room. Look for a frobbable book that will open two secret doors.
Hard:

There is a chest in the rafters of the entrance room to the North Wing.
There is a chest in the Lord's library, in the North Wing, that sits on top of one of the tall bookcases.
Expert:
- Insert a peg into the ship's wheel, in the room with the water-filled pillars, then turn it to open a wall banner over the fireplace.
- A lever on a door frame, in a second floor passageway off of Angel Hall, slides an armoire aside to expose an entranceway into the brick secret tunnels. (Once you're in the tunnels, all the other secrets that lead here can be triggered from inside.)
- A switch behind a plant stand in a 3rd floor hallway opens an entrance into the secret tunnels. (Different stand than on Normal and Hard.)
- There is a switch in the central garden, behind a bush, that opens another entrance to the secret tunnels.
- There is a purse in the kitchen fireplace.
- There is a switch behind a banner in a bedroom, across from the Church door, that allows you to turn off the Watcher nearby. (Switch is in a different place on Expert than it was on Normal and Hard.)
- There is a switch in fireplace in the Lord's bedroom, that opens a banner.
- There is a switch on the armoire, in the Captain's room, that moves the bed.
- Find 3 buttons, in the bedroom of the lady wearing a red dress, to open a banner. (Side of the armoire, side of the dresser, inside fireplace)
- Go into the Library that is patrolled by a little robot and go through the door at the far end into a smaller room. Look for a switch under a table that will open two secret doors.
- There is a chest in the rafters of the entrance room to the North Wing.
- There is a chest in the Lord's library, in the North Wing, that sits on top of a tall bookcase.
- There is a switch, under a table on the top floor of Angel Hall, that raises the cage around the Fire Talisman.
- There is a switch, on the back of the Grandfather clock sitting on the landing of the Main stairs, that opens the first door into the elemental vault.
- There is a lever, on the wall of the Glasshouse balcony, which moves aside a statue in the Glasshouse and allows you to find the Earth Talisman.
- There is a switch, on the beams above the pool in the 3rd floor Water Pool room, which moves a statue in the pool.
- There is a switch, on the bottom of the desk chair in the Lord’s study in the North Wing, that opens the entrance to the Elemental room.
